All bids submitted after 12:00 PM NOON local Toronto time will result in the bid being declared non-compliant." 1 Mandatory Site Meeting The meeting will be held at the following location and time: Date: 24 April, 2026 @ 10:00 AM Local time Location: Highland Creek Treatment Plant (meet at entrance) at 51 Beechgrove Drive, Scarborough, Toronto Site meetings will not be available at any other times Bids will only be accepted from Suppliers who had a company representative(s) attend the site visit in person. Suppliers who do not attend the mandatory briefing will be precluded from submitting a bid. (Virtual option will not be available) Suppliers who do not attend the site meeting will not be eligible to submit a bid and will be precluded from submitting a bid. Suppliers planning to attend the Supplier Meeting should register through the Ariba Message Board (City Online Procurement System) with the following information to the Procurement Contact no later than 4:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the site visit: • Attendee’s full name; • Job title; and • Company name The site visit will be cancelled if the City does not receive confirmation of intention to attend from any suppliers by the deadline as noted above. Bids submitted by Suppliers that do not attend the mandatory site visit or fail to sign the attendance sheet shall be declared non-compliant.
